I offer treatments in Reflexology (with specialisms in Fertility, Maternity, Scar Tissue, Cancer Care & Lymph Drainage), Reiki (Usui & Angelic), Indian Head Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage (inc Trigger Points), Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Auricular Therapy, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) & Connective Tissue Release (CTR). I also have an interest in Postural Energetics, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Crystal Therapy. I am experienced and qualified in all treatments I offer and I continually further my learning in an effort to help my patients with their conditions. Coming from a healthcare background, I aim to introduce people to a more holistic way of life which incorporates looking at them as a whole entity, body, mind and soul.
